The concert begins with Philip Glass’s String Quartet no. 2 ‘Company’, a minimalist masterpiece known for its repetitive structures and mesmerizing, meditative quality. Next, experience the world premiere of a new commission by acclaimed Canadian composer Alice Ho. The evening concludes with Felix Mendelssohn’s String Quartet no. 2 in a minor, op. 13.
