Become Part of the NSO’s Board of Directors

The Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra is always looking for individuals from the community to serve on its board of directors. NSO board members represent all ages and walks of life, working in organizations, businesses, and retired.

Our board members participate in approximately six board meetings from September to June each year, during the orchestra season. Board members also participate in a number of active committees including: Executive, Diversity, and Governance.

The NSO is committed to the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion. We encourage all applications, including those from women, racialized persons, Indigenous people, people with disabilities, persons of all sexual orientations and genders, and others who may contribute to the further diversification of ideas and approaches.
