Norma Noseworthy

Norma is a community member of the NSO. She grew-up within the Symphony’s preparatory strings, junior, and youth programs, and played in the NSO until leaving the Province for work in 1997. While away, Norma continued playing with the Oakville Symphony Orchestra and upon returning to Newfoundland in 2015, joined the NSO again. When not playing her Viola, Norma is a professional accountant (CPA, CMA), academic writer, volunteer, and mother of two children.

This past season’s Masterworks 4: Carmina Burana (March 2019) – not just the score, but the NSO’s collaboration with dancers and vocalists. It was a unique presentation.
